    First Day for
    Kindergarten Students

  • Welcome to Milan Elementary School. We are happy to have you as part of the Milan family. Our mission is to help every child learn and grow to reach his/her fullest potential. Just like we say in our student pledge every morning, “I came to school to learn, and I will learn.”

We have high expectations for Milan Elementary students. Our students are well-behaved, study hard, and treat others and our property with respect. We actively seek family support as we work together teaching lifelong learning skills to our future leaders.

We welcome your participation and support. Working together, we will be able to reach our goals.
  • Back-To-School
School begins for students in grades 1-5 on Thursday, August 4 with a regular, full day of school. Kindergarten students will have an orientation meeting on Wednesday, August 3 and begin their first full day on Friday, August 5. Watch for a letter to come home this summer with information concerning your child’s classroom assignment and book and lunch fees. For your back-to-school shopping convenience, here is our supply list.
